On
December 2000, the First Interactive Around the world Trip,
then for a month in Ethiopia for an humanity aid mission, Car@van
up today has run around 10 countries in 5 continent, realising
more than 50 events (from adventure to ecology, from
humanities to road show) community has decides about actions
and destinations.
To day
the Nomad contact net is more and more expanding. The Hook
system is becoming reality and the organisation of happening
is intensifying, form informal appointment in local shall
groups, to national meetings (for information write to info@nomadcommunity.com.
Being in
Italy, Car@van has participated at "CHATTERFEST",
the first Virtual Community Festival - in a Cattolica, in
Emilia Romagna. NomadCommunity was partner at the Event.
For the
occasion our friend Pauline, nick-name Sunny,
came to, straight from St. Barth, island, French West Indies.

Mantova
Meeting
Appointment in a beautiful house from '400 in Oglio
Natula Park on mincio's riverside.
After
arrivals, each of us has been able to share its own
artistic skills friendly expressed: Bucatino with his
guitar, supported by his wife and sons chorus, has
started to play and singing. Two of us, (always the same)
in the kitchen inventing appetitive and snacks for
everybody - Chicca has cooked a wonderful cake with
Nutella Chocolate (we want her to published the recipe
on the Forum !!).
Josè
and Giuly have given clownery lesson to everybody -
Theo, Bobo, and Paolo have been dealing with football
and freebee... but also someone like Betty, Silvia,
Giulia and Carla... have been laying on grass and got
the first sun, and spoken to cooks, chickens, and sucks
that were around.
And
then Vale, Deda, Enrico, Carla, Dede, Pia... all
together to share moments... simple moments on the same
"trip".

We
had also some aware nights, spent on pancing, games
inside nature and philosophic discussion.
Sacrificio,
the only local boy, enjoyed us with is local anecdotes,
and with his full of energy way of being and speaking.
After
a "funny" lottery to share the leftover food,
our roads spelt again.
Someone
went back to Bologna, and then to Rome, and some still
going around.

From E-Nomad
Trip
“From four cardinal points, links
thanks to community we are looking for one common road
among the many of life”.
Together with Marco
Penna, a lonely traveller, one of the first Nomad
to subscribe to the community, the E-Nomad
Trip project is started.

The
Nomad meeting and the participation to events outside
Car@van allow to our community to grow in number and
diversity. Each of us with our own expectation and
characteristic, but all link together around the New
Nomadic values.
Among
the events we have been participating, "CHATTERFEST"
has been the occasion to review the "heart" of
the Italian Community, Zico, Valeria, Pauline and
Chicca, arrived on the Romagna Riviera, in a
thunderstorm night. After having place the tents, they
have organised the camping for the 3 days event.
Next
morning all the others arrived, some first, some later,
we put up the stand, around rose petals and nomad
thoughts and travelling video. All with jokes and
sympathetic look.

But
the 3 days event has been also the First Virtual Webding,
organised by Nomad, Pauline and Theo got married.
Sunday,
is the big day. Between photographer, cameraman the
married arrived on a Guzzi Motorbike, with the
Chattolica Mayor. Photos, flash, and interviews, then a
visit to the boat's aquarium. Blessing in front of
sharks, caresses thorn back rays and then in front of
the altar.
Official talks given by the mayor in a celebration in a
delirious tone poetical and virtual, then Theo and Polo
talks about fidelity promises on web and the gesture of
exchange their own files and password on PC. Clapping
and smiles ... the rest has been told by TV and written
on national newspapers...

decided to start to put together contacts, sso that we
can develop and run together the website and realise next
steps of our Community and Car@van.
