We spend the evening eating sad spicy chicken wings, and console ourselves with good wine, meditating on the day with the township children.
Another sleepless night in front of the computer and...the dawn comes with the sun's heat. It's Christmas!
Some of us wander in the deserted downtown, then go to church, the others tan on the beach and meet a black Father Christmas.
Around 6 pm, a great idea: go to sleep in Addo's Elephant Park, a National Park where 200 elephant live. While Aleko writes for National
Geographic, Vale drives along an endless track. Here the
troubles begin : the night falls and, at 9 pm, we stop in front of a grid that forbids the parc's access.
We are between stars and cicadas, 40 km from the town and 1 meter from an armored gate. A bit worried, Theo and Aleko climb over the entrance and get lost
in the bush. 'Patrick' will be our saver! See the video.

For you, the Team tried some local dishes: the famous bilton, a crocodile salad and ostrich skewers.
Bilton is a thin very salted dried meat (from beef, lamb, kudu...).
South africans love it, so does Theo.
Crocodile tastes like a smoked cheese; its texture is like chicken...or a fish!?
Ostrich has the texture of dried beef, but has no special taste. Team's next objective: cook an omelet with its
eggs.

Maya: under this starry night, I really feel myself in Africa
Aleko: Just here, a 100 meters
away, I can see some elephant dungs
Theo: I haven't washed my clothes
yet; smell is the best repellent against mosquitos
Vale avoided a car accident
