A taxi driver warned us: "This zone is very dangerous. Close your doors and windows!".
In the Woodstock area, we visit Saint Anne's Homes shelter. We meet teen mothers and kids with family problems. The look of the director Elizabeth communicates all the enthusiasm and the power of the project that she is conducting. She tells us of receiving founds from the NGO, the government and from Nelson Mandela; but she also says: 'even in the humanitary you need to know how to do business'.
Following the spirit of the car@van, we organize a show! Aleko grabs guitar and confettis, Theo with a clown nose and a magician foulard. Lots of laughter and sweet hand clappings they thank us more than anything!

In the post-apartheid era, after the political resistance, the culture of violence remained. It has spread on the entire generation, between the age of 10 and 25 years old, the one that not by chance they call it here 'the Lost Generation'.
Theo: make Marco laugh gives satisfaction
Aleko: you must never take me seriously
Vale spends the day in silence
